All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
All items are despatched via our third-party courier DHL. Items are insured and tracked and require a signature on delivery.
You will receive and email or SMS (text) from DHL to notify you of the delivery including tracking number.
A standard flat rate of £6.99 is applied to all orders for UK Nationwide delivery. Please contact us for shipping rates outside of the UK which are quoted on an individual basis.
Estimated delivery time to UK postal codes is 24-48 hours after despatch.
Deliveries to countries outside of the UK are subject to import duties and tax which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dress Cheshire Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
You can skip shipping fees with free local collection using Click & Collect feature at checkout. We ask that you collect your items within 7 days of purchase. You item will be ready for collection within 1 day of order.
Collection can be made Monday – Saturday 10am till 5pm. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email on arrival. Our address is Dress Cheshire, New Road, Prestbury, SK10 4BY. There is free parking opposite the shop.
