Delivery of your online purchase is made by our couriers DHL, which is an insured, signed for service. Please ensure you are in to sign for your package or it can be left in a safe place.
The item you have bought has been lovingly used before it became yours, so some wear is to be expected. However, we pride ourselves on selling items that we consider are in very good or immaculate condition.
Occasionally there is additional wear and tear and the price you have paid reflects that.
That said, we know that sometimes there’s simply a change of mind, and that’s OK, so we are happy to offer you a no quibble refund if you need to return your items within 14 days if you purchased online.
We will provide a full refund for all online purchases if you change your mind or if the item is not suitable for any reason. Please complete the returns form (included with your items) and ensure your item is sent back to the shop within 14 days of purchase in the same condition you received it.
Once your item has been returned to us you can expect to receive your refund within 14 days of the return.
We will offer a no quibble return and full refund if you bought your item online from our website and collect it from our physical store if it is deemed not suitable, or if you simply changed your mind at the point of collection. Please make sure you are happy with your item before leaving the store. Once the item is collected and taken from the store, it is deemed as suitable and none refundable.
If you purchased your item directly from our physical store in Prestbury Village, we deem the items as inspected and suitable, please make sure you are totally happy with it before leaving the store as we have a strict no refund policy for purchases made in the physical shop in Prestbury village.
